We know your concerns about purchasing online. Hence we are honest with our refund systems.Our refund procedure is pretty easy. We will offer you 100% refund in the following situations:

  1. We are not capable to satisfactorily resolve your problem at first situation, and you ask for a refund.
  2. Our provider finds that you have hardware concerns beyond our authority.

You will still get a free analysis of your computer and devices and our examination of possible problems.

We will provide you influenced refund in the following circumstances:

  1. You want to cut your subscription in linking. There will be one-time removal charges plus you will be charged $99.99 for every maintenance requests that you have done till presently.
  2. You want to remove your one-time repair costs. There are no influenced refunds in these situations. In severe circumstances, we will be returning you the difference between the amount you gave and our setup charges.

You can contact to our Toll-Free Number and ask for the department of Refund. We will revert to you within two working days max (excluding Weekends).

Politely remark that we have a secure method for a refund if you just call us and understand that procedure we ensure you of a safe transaction. We store call records of all our actions and support info with us. If for any purpose you feel you need the support information let us know and we can give that to you.

If for any cause you are not assured of making an adjustment, please feel free to communicate us and review it with us, we ensure you that we will be entirely fair.

Our refund systems, only allow us to refund to PayPal or Credit Card that you used to give us. Generously do not demand us for checks or bank transfers.

*We don’t take any amounts via checks or bank transfers, and we don’t give any refunds via check or bank transfer. Please, don’t ruin your precious time on it as this right is not available to us.

The highest refund that we give is what we have credited. If your system has improved/opened by anybody other than us, we are not liable for any breakages or damages.
